'Good things come in small packages' and this certainly couldn’t be more true for young Opera.
He truly has everything. 3 great paces. An incredible walk being the highlight! He trots with a delightful rhythm that has been highly rewarded at shows. (It also makes him easy to sit to!)
A true gentleman in every way. Happy to be dragged around at shows, not complicated to handle. Easy to get on and never seems to get wound up with show atmospheres.
Has been out to a handful of arena hires and 4 BD shows. Immaculate record of a 4th placing at Myerscough Premier League (his first ever outing away from home!) with a creditable 79.2% and a further 4 tests at Novice so far with scores of 71.67%, 72.08, 74.26% and 80%
Good to box, shoe, dentist, physio, vet.
A really uncomplicated, enjoyable ride. Snaffle mouth in all situations.
Has enjoyed beach trips and dipping his toes in the sea.
Zero talent for jumping.
Would make an ideal junior prospect with so much ability to go small tour and beyond to Grand Prix.
Has a leg yield and shoulder in and started simple change work.
Would also make a great keen amateurs ride. Cannot stress enough how much of a delight he is to have around and he will be a much missed character on the yard.
